About the RoleSaturn Title, LLC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Admin Support professional to join our Closing Department in Park Ridge, IL. This role provides essential administrative and transactional support to the Closing Department Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the Operations Manager for additional responsibilities as assigned. You'll work closely with attorneys, clients, and fellow Saturn Title team members to help keep closings accurate and on schedule. This role is designed as a steppingstone, with the opportunity to grow into future positions.What You'll Do1099 Preparation - Prepare and process accurate 1099 forms for real estate transactions, ensuring timely, compliant reporting ahead of IRS deadlines.FinCEN Reporting - Complete and submit required FinCEN reports for applicable transactions, maintaining accurate documentation to support compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (reporting requirements are temporarily on hold).Tax Payments - Process and track real estate tax payments and prorations tied to closings, coordinating with the closing team to ensure funds are disbursed accurately and on time.Earnest Money & Receipts - Receipt and track earnest money deposits, reconcile funds received against file records, and communicate with agents and clients to confirm receipt.Pre-Signs - Prepare and coordinate pre-sign closing packages, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and ready ahead of scheduled signings.Construction-Related Closings - Provide administrative support for construction and new-build closings, including gathering required documentation and coordinating timelines with builders, lenders, and clients.Other Support - Provide general administrative support to the Closing Department Manager and assist the Operations Manager with additional projects and tasks as assigned, helping the department run smoothly and efficiently.What You BringExcitement to learn and grow within the title industry, with interest in future development Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay laser-focused on details in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in transactional and compliance-related work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with attorneys, clients, and team members.A collaborative, team-oriented attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with others.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Park Ridge, IL office.Ability to pass a background check.Why Saturn TitleSaturn Title, LLC is a Park Ridge, Illinois-based title insurance agency underwritten by some of the industry's leading title insurers.
