Body Solid, Inc is a global distributor of home fitness equipment. We are currently searching for a talented candidate to support our Sales & Customer Service activities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and driven to achieve high customer satisfaction. 


Principal Duties: Support the Sales staff in the execution of customer service / back-office administration duties. Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Navigating customer service issues related to freight charges and claims
  • Coordinating shipment and delivery details with customers
  • Maintaining and distributing required reports both internally and externally
  • Researching customer account issues and addressing as needed 
  • Managing returns and customer complaints
  • Other Administrative tasks including but not limited to invoicing orders, answering the company main phone line, and handling outbound mail pickups. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Comfortable working in a small company environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with various departments

Additional Preferred skills / experience:

  • Prior experience with freight claims management
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Experience working within an ERP
