Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Combination of computer/admin work and physical floor labor in a warehouse environment
- Main duties include working in Oracle and transportation management systems, updating spreadsheets, and scheduling carrier pickups
- Responsible for attaching shipping documents and packing slips to shipments, and assisting with QA tasks as needed
- Requires previous warehouse clerk experience and UPS data entry skills; strong attention to detail is important
- Physical tasks include unboxing copiers and parts, preparing equipment for shop entry, and general warehouse labor (bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Team lifting required for items over 50 lbs; training provided—no prior experience necessary
- Work is fast-paced and not climate controlled; some work will be in and out of trailers
- Minimal sitting or idle time; active work throughout the day
- Must be reliable, have good attendance, and be open to cross-training
- Dress code: Sneakers, jeans (no lettering on shirts/sweatshirts, no sweatpants/stretch pants)
- Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday; overtime and Saturday work may occasionally be required
