Job description

Primary Objective:
Deliver unparalleled service providing responsiveness, expertise, customization, and reliability. Create an overall positive experience for the customer with thorough communication and reporting capabilities to insure timely delivery, inventory management and problem-solving capabilities. Ensuring the safest work environment for our employees.
About The Role
This is an onsite (Gainesville, TX) position. Role involves walking up and down stairs and between buildings regularly. Position reports to Marketing VP. Marketing VP is not onsite, so candidate must be a self-starter, able to manage their own work, ask for help when needed, and set their own schedule. They must also be a hard worker, efficient, and willing to take on more work and support the rest of the team as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities
GENERAL MARKETING ADMIN
โ€ข Complete marketing admin tasks for IFS Coatings and all product brands plus WolfRayet
โ€ข Organize clothing, keep track of stock and maintain accurate logs of clothing orders
โ€ข Organize and assist with promotional mail outs, mail merge, e-mail merges, eblasts and other customer promotions
โ€ข Assist with organizing and building wallboards
โ€ข Take on marketing project work as needed
โ€ข Assist with operational requirements for print materials
โ€ข Keep marketing room clean, organized and ready for customer visit at any time
โ€ข Keep marketing printed materials neat, tidy and fulfilled
โ€ข Assist with marketing projects as required
โ€ข Assist with organizing sales meetings and other events
โ€ข Attend and contribute to marketing meetings
TRADESHOWS
โ€ข Liaise with relevant tradeshow organizer and organize all items to send to show, ship and return receive all tradeshow materials
โ€ข Keep tradeshow materials organized, cleaned and inventoried when not at show
โ€ข Assist with tradeshow follow up as needed
โ€ข Ability to travel between IFS/WolfRayet sites on own (e.g. drive own car to work at a different location as needed)
โ€ข Attend tradeshow if needed
MARKETING CONTENT
โ€ข Proof materials as requested
โ€ข Manage Powder Coating Facebook Group
โ€ข Manage Facebook leads, follow up and target with appropriate info
โ€ข Create digital content such as Facebook posts, videos, eblasts
โ€ข Assist in creating eblasts and newsletters
โ€ข Contribute content to internal and external newsletters
โ€ข Assist in creating direct mail, ads and other materials as needed
ARCHITECTURAL
โ€ข Assist in processing architectural web submissions
โ€ข Process architect panel requests and color matches
โ€ข Ensure customer satisfaction by answering all emails and phone calls promptly and politely
โ€ข Keep architects updated on color match or panel request process
โ€ข Log AIA numbers as needed after lunch and learn presentations
Create AIA certificates as needed after lunch and learn presentations
โ€ข Manage Registered Applicator information and liaise with sales to receive paperwork, testing, warranty info
โ€ข Inform sales team when RA needs retesting
โ€ข Ship RA materials as required
โ€ข Organize panels for architectural binders and assist with making binders
โ€ข Create architectural panel rings
