Part-Time Operations & Marketing Assistant

Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – coworking space and occasional remote work)

Hours: 10–15 hours per week (flexible weekday schedule)

ResponsibilitiesOperations
  • Update candidate bios and profiles

  • Schedule interviews and send reminders

  • Follow up with candidates regarding documentation and next steps

  • Organize and maintain Google Drive files

  • Assemble client welcome packets
