Job Title: Marketing Administrative Assistant


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (In-Office)


Job Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant to oversee daily clerical operations and provide dedicated operational support to our Marketing Department. This role ensures seamless department workflows, accurate record-keeping, and timely execution of administrative deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

  • Department Administration: Manage primary organizational and clerical functions to support multi-channel marketing operations.
  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Maintain central department calendars, track project deadlines, and coordinate schedules across team initiatives.
  • Data & Inventory Control: Maintain and update department spreadsheets, database records, marketing assets, and inventory lists.
  • Campaign & Content Logistics: Assist in organizing, compiling, and archiving campaign deliverables, media content, and performance summaries.
  • Meeting & Operational Support: Prepare agendas, document minutes during marketing strategy meetings, and monitor action-item completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrated administrative support experience, preferably within a marketing or corporate communications environment.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and data management systems, Google AdWords - Required
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities in a deadline-sensitive setting.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
