Job description

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to General Manager.

Job Summary:

The Dealership Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the daily operations of the dealership to improve customer satisfaction and department efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to both Sales & Services teams with tasks like creating POs, processing inventory for new/used vehicles & auditing & submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer. The successful candidate will be energetic, have precise attention to detail, and be focused on providing a customer-centric experience.

Shift Details: 12-15 hours a week.

Qualifications:

• Previous administration experience would be considered an asset

• Previous experience working in an automotive dealership is also an asset.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities

• Working knowledge of CDK dealer management software is an asset

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
