What’s a typical day as Part-time Operations and Accounts Payable Clerk? You’ll be:
  • Performing full-cycle accounts payable for a large multi-entity company to include
    • Reviewing and approving invoices
    • Review, verify, and process supplier invoices and expense reports
    • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to validate accuracy
    • Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers
    • Work closely with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
    • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare reports to assist in month-end closing
  • Providing general office operations and administrative support
  • Working within multiple company systems, including Warehouse Management System, Accounts Payable System, and Service Management System
  • Will serve as a backup for warehouse operations
  • Will perform forklift operation, shipping and receiving duties, packaging, and additional warehouse support functions
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have full cycle Accounts Payable experience (1+ year minimum required)
  • Are adaptable and comfortable performing office, accounts payable, and warehouse duties
  • Are eager to learn new systems and gain hands-on warehouse experience (forklift operation, shipping/receiving, picking/packing)
  • Can commit to a part-time schedule, three days (8 hours) per week with flexible days
  • Have experience working for a large company
