Job description

Jennie Joiner with Forum Group PNW is partnering with a well-established Eugene manufacturing organization to identify a Bilingual Accounting Associate (English/Vietnamese) to join their accounting team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking for a long-term part-time position with a company known for its outstanding culture, flexibility, and employee longevity. Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory accounting and inventory transactions
  • Support fixed asset and cost accounting activities (training provided)
  • Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with reconciliations and general accounting support
  • Work closely with the Controller and accounting team on daily accounting operations
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese when supporting business operations

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (required)
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience desired but not required
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
