Job description

Position Summary

The Accounts Payable & Human Resources Clerk supports

both accounting and HR functions for Bacus Foods Corp., a multi-state Jimmy

John’s franchisee. This role processes vendor invoices, assists with payroll

and HR tasks, and provides administrative support to our restaurants and

corporate team.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices; Assist in preparing weekly

payments as needed

Review, scan and distribute incoming mail.

Monitor multiple office email accounts.

Answer incoming phone calls

Maintain and scan incoming company credit card receipts

Support new-hire onboarding: review paperwork, verify

completeness, and assist with E-Verify.

Maintain employee files and assist with benefits, sick

time, garnishments, and compliance tasks.

Provide support to managers regarding payroll deadlines,

forms, and HR processes.

Assist office team members as needed
