The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and increasing revenue within an assigned territory. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and self-driven lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipelines, track performance, and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify market opportunities and support territory expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations, production, and distribution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
