We are currently seeking to hire a Experienced Sales Manager for Outside Sales to join our company! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance.
  • Visiting Customers regular to maintain business relationship.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Must be from the field of Stone, Countertops, Tiles industries
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Working Hours - Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Saturday (9:00am - 2:00pm)
