Job description

The Account Development Manager/Outside Sales role focuses on driving new client acquisition through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and President of TAZ Networks, this position emphasizes building a solid sales pipeline and managing outreach efforts to convert prospects into long-term clients. After new clients are signed they are turned over to an Inside Sales Account Manager after an appropriate length of introduction.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads
  • Conduct proactive client prospecting and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage and prioritize sales pipeline activities
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports
  • Must be a closer for our managed contract services
  • Will be expected to close 4-8 clients per year regularly

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales
  • Skilled in sales prospecting and lead generation
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
