Job description

As our Intake Admin, you'll be the friendly, upbeat voice our customers hear first. This role is full-time until October 31st and involves managing phone communications, handling work order entries, and ensuring customer concerns are addressed to provide the correct resolution, all while maintaining a warm and personable approach. Pay potential: $18+ per hour 

Key Objectives

  • Ensure timely and professional handling of all calls about customer inquiries  
  • Support the overall efficiency of the call center through effective coordination and communication  

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries courteously and efficiently 
  • Assist customers by listening to their needs and addressing questions with a helpful, upbeat attitude 
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate the next correct steps for each customer 
  • Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to supervisors or designated team members 
  • Perform data entry and maintain logs of all incoming calls and actions taken 
  • Follow scripts and protocols for intake to ensure consistency and compliance 
  • Record customer information, vehicle details, and service needs accurately into the CRM system
