Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

- Develop and update menu offerings, incorporating innovative dishes and seasonal ingredients

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations

- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
