As a Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager, youโll work side-by-side with the Executive Chef to run daily kitchen operations, develop your team, and ensure every item we serve meets Wallyโs standards.

What Weโre Looking For- 2โ3 years of kitchen or food service leadership experience
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Flexible schedule (weekends & holidays included)
- Reliable, team-focused, and ready to lead from the front
