What You'll Do:

  • Support daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and efficiency
  • Assist in leading, coaching, and developing BOH team members
  • Help oversee prep, inventory, food cost, and kitchen organization
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
