Job Description
1101 Marketing Group is expanding, and looking for a highly-motivated candidate who has great communication skills, sales and leadership qualities and who is confident that they can be groomed from an entry level corporate trainer or account manager to management in less than a year.
Our company has provided stability, support and a team-focused environment for its staff. We hire people with untapped entry level potential and develop them internally into sales leadership and management positions. We have expanded operations and have recently taken on a new project. Therefore, we need someone we can start entry level learning sales and groom to help us expand into more locations.
We are looking for Competitive, Sports-Minded Individuals to fill Kiosk Sales Representative positions in our marketing and advertising firm. The right person will love the thrill of a challenge and be excited to dive into new things.
All positions start off entry-level as we believe in promoting ONLY from within.
Team based sales training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top sales managers. We promote growth from within and encourage our sales team to work together to reach client goals and improve skills. We also offer specialized salestraining will prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a unique and pleasant sales experience, which fosters acquisition of quality customers and long term customer loyalty.
Qualifications
For the right candidate, we will cross-train them in several key areas toward management. Character and results will allow the right candidate to advance toward a management role quickly. We want the best people advancing as quickly as possible so we can take on a larger share of our client demand.
This is a position for someone who would like an opportunity to be trained and advance quickly toward management.
