TheLearning Specialistsupports training delivery across field locations. This entry-level role works onsite with employees and leaders toassistwith onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training. The Learning Specialist helps reinforce continuous learning on the job to ensure training translates into consistent performance and positive customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build and expand their learning and development experience with front line employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

WhatYou'llDo:

  • Support andassistwith onsite training programs for frontline employees and managers

  • Assistwith onboarding and new hire training at the location level

  • Coordinate traininglogisticsand learning activities at assigned locations

  • Facilitate instructor-led training

  • Observe employee performance and reinforce training and customer experience standards through coaching and feedback

  • Partner with site leaders, HR, and operations teams to support training needs

  • Assistin tracking training participation and completion

  • Collect training feedback and share field insights with the learning team
