The Learning Specialist supports training delivery across field locations. This entry-level role works onsite with employees and leaders to assist with onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training. The Learning Specialist helps reinforce continuous learning on the job to ensure training translates into consistent performance and positive customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build and expand their learning and development experience with front line employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Support and assist with onsite training programs for frontline employees and managers

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire training at the location level

  • Coordinate training logistics and learning activities at assigned locations

  • Facilitate instructor-led training

  • Observe employee performance and reinforce training and customer experience standards through coaching and feedback

  • Partner with site leaders, HR, and operations teams to support training needs

  • Assist in tracking training participation and completion

  • Collect training feedback and share field insights with the learning team

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively with frontline employees and leaders

  • Experience using common workplace and learning tools (such as learning management systems, virtual meeting platforms, presentation tools, and basic reporting tools) or a willingness to learn

  • Experience facilitating small group sessions or presentations

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support field locations
  • Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)

The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 - $80,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
