A well‑established real estate investment and development firm is seeking a motivated and analytically strong Assistant Development Manager to join its growing team. What you will do:
As an Assistant Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving real estate development projects forward. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting projects through feasibility, planning, design, entitlement, construction, and close‑out.
  • Tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables, and proactively flagging risks or delays.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and public agencies.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, action items, decision memos, and internal approval materials.
  • Assisting with project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, invoices, and financial reviews.
  • Conducting market research, site analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence.
  • Compiling presentations, reports, and project documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Supporting entitlement and permitting processes, including preparing submittals and monitoring conditions of approval.
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal teams, consultants, and partners.
  • Assisting with risk assessment and recommending solutions to help keep projects on course.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, land planning, or a related discipline.

  • Have strong analytical skills and the confidence to evaluate data and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project or Argus is a plus.
