Part-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
30 Hours Per Week

Looking for meaningful work where you can make a real difference every day?

We are currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our Adult Day Program supporting adults with developmental and physical disabilities. This role focuses on building positive relationships, encouraging independence, and creating a safe and engaging environment for our clients.

No experience is required — paid training is provided. Experience in caregiving, education, behavioral support, or human services is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities
  • Provide companionship and positive behavioral support
  • Assist with community outings and recreational activities
  • Transport clients safely to activities and appointments
  • Document daily progress and important observations
  • Support hobbies, learning activities, and social engagement
  • Follow care plans and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 23+ years old.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive clients
  • Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background clearance
  • CPR/First Aid certification (may be completed after hire)
  • Physical and TB test required after hire
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude
