Job Opening: Membership Advisor at Anytime Fitness
Location: Marina, CA
Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $18-22/hour

As a Membership Advisor, you'll be one of the first faces people see when they walk in. You help create an environment where members feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to keep showing up. Whether you're keeping the club spotless, answering phones, or helping someone get a membership, your work directly impacts how people experience our gym.
This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow. We provide training, support, and a clear path for advancement for team members who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do. What You'll Do
  • Keep the club clean, organized, and ready for members
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks (at least half of each shift is dedicated to cleaning)
  • Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members
  • Follow up with prospects who have requested information about joining
  • Give tours and help guests choose the right membership
  • Process new memberships, upgrades, and basic account changes
  • Respond to member questions in person, by phone, and by text/email
  • Assist with simple daily operations and checklists
