Our client is a stable, privately held manufacturing company with a 50-year history of success. They are seeking a hands-on Controller to join their management team and partner closely with executive leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end close and financial reporting
  • Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Oversee AP/AR and accounting operations
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
  • Present financial results and support pricing decisions
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Supervise a small accounting team
Qualifications
