Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile controlled forms using MasterControl and spreadsheets
• File and organize paper quality documentation
• Maintain and organize the documentation control room
• Prepare files for off-site storage and retention
• Follow detailed instructions from QA leadership
• Complete required system training and documentation tasks
Required Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior administrative, records management, or document control experience
• Ability to follow specific instructions and processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
Preferred Qualifications:
• MasterControl experience
