What you will do

Sr. Customer Development Analyst

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Sr. Customer Development Analyst calling on

Target for its Self Care businesses. This role is based out of the Minneapolis,

MN office with a flexible, hybrid work option. 

What you will do:

The Senior Customer Development Analyst is an essential role to improving the partnership with the customer by providing category solutions and insights that drive profitable omni category growth. This role will be responsible for growing the portfolio with our Target business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively uncover business opportunities with deep-dive analytics using various resources including, but not limited to: Retailer POS data, Syndicated Data, Marketplace and HH Panel Assessments to independently discern trends and provide insights-based recommendations to deliver sales objectives.
  • Integrate Omni-channel initiatives into analysis of business results.
  • Uncover transformational Omni Category insights and solutions for our customers / shoppers / consumers that deliver critical metrics for instore and online.
  • Develop assortment optimization recommendations for online and in-store by providing shopper, category, brand and/or customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Customer Development Managers to evolve promotional plans, evaluate the impact of pricing and track competitive activity to unlock internal and external growth opportunities.
  • Work with internal partners to provide voice of customer to craft our go-to market initiatives and to provide an understanding of the external marketplace.
  • Find opportunities to deliver on strategic seasonal priorities for the business.
  • Develop, utilize, and share best practices to improve functional efficiency and accuracy of findings and recommendations.

What we are looking for:

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of prior experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights, or related field in a consumer products environment is required.
  • Ability to assess, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data is required.
  • Ability to craft impactful presentations to explain recommendations and findings of analyses, resources, and studies are required.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and to effectively lead multiple projects/initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Strong digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience preferred with syndicated data, such as Nielsen or IRI is preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Prior Health and Beauty Care (HBC) category experience is preferred.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$90,100.00 - $127,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
