Job description

Purpose:

The Customer Development Coordinator outbound calling to 1- & 2-star dealers and prospective leads to improve engagement, build relationships, and drive business growth. Must have the ability to multi-task, problem solve and display a high level of efficiency and productivity by prioritizing tasks and adaptability in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Monitors all 1- and 2-star dealers to ensure all are called every 45 days and send follow-up email.
  • Monitors all open territories to ensure all are contacted by phone every 45 days and sends follow-up email.
  • Speak in a friendly manner to customers, listen to their needs and helping communicate options for them, ultimately driving sales of all of accounts assigned
  • Call reseller leads to introduce them to BioZyme and Products- lay the groundwork for moving through the pipeline to becoming a purchasing customer.
  • Send updated contact data to data team
  • Enter all activities completed into back office
  • Work closely with other teams as required or requested
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Manage time for most effective way to utilize it for accountable growth
  • Know one’s culture index and utilize daily in all aspects of work
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Participating in team huddles and CONNECTS
  • Notifies management of any material issues, including assisting with inventory needs
  • Maintains a positive attitude during all aspects of work including emails, phone calls, and peer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: High School Diploma – or Equivalent
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Work Location: Must be willing to relocate within commutable distance of our headquarters (St. Joseph, MO)
  • Problem solving skills, strong communication skills, planning & organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word (to write business correspondence), and Outlook (for internal and external correspondence)
