Job Description
This role is a high-impact Global Program Management position supporting one of DHL Supply Chain's most strategic Life Science & Healthcare customers. You will sit at the center of global operations, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement across multiple regions. Acting as the key interface between DHL and the customer, you'll lead KPI delivery, shape global programs, and build scalable, best-in-class account management practices that influence how DHL serves major clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
  • Leads and coordinates global account programs, acting as the central point of contact for key initiatives.
  • Monitors and drives KPI performance, ensuring standardization and alignment across regions.
  • Delivers and tracks Continuous Improvement (CIP) and innovation targets across all sites.
  • Develops and maintains global reporting tools and dashboards (e.g. Power BI).
  • Drives rollout of operational tools, processes, and digital platforms across the account.
  • Leads governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting (incl. Top-to-Top meetings).
  • Coordinates global innovation roadmaps and supports business growth opportunities (RFPs/RFIs).
  • Manages cross-functional and global stakeholder networks, including direct oversight of PMO/analyst support.
  • Supports the coordination and preparation of meetings in line with agreed Governance model (includes minutes and capturing action items).

Required Education and Experience
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (global/matrix environments preferred), required.
  • Strong program/project management experience with proven delivery across complex initiatives, required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong commercial awareness, required.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior/global stakeholders, required.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement (CIP, Lean, or similar methodologies), required.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong storytelling and presentation capability, required.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver in a fast-paced environment, required.
