ASSOCIATE MANAGER, CLIENT DEVELOPMENT We Realize Potential in Your Story

As the Associate Manager of Client Development, you will support new business growth by working closely with the Director of Client Development and the broader Client Development team to keep new business operations and workflows running seamlessly. You will be called upon to assist with preliminary lead research, maintain accurate CRM records, organize sales toolkits, and assemble assets for pitch presentations. You are motivated by delivering new client wins, exhibiting operational efficiency, and creating eye-catching proposals. This is a detail-oriented position that requires exceptional organization, proactive communication, critical thinking, and an ability to partner effectively across the agency to help secure new business.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Client Engagement: Support day-to-day client communications, coordinate meeting schedules, and maintain up-to-date onboarding and project tracking materials.
  • Pitch & Proposal Development: Help assemble pitch decks, gather required assets, develop strategies, and coordinate input from internal teams to ensure timely proposal submissions.
  • Support New Client Workflows: Log incoming leads, gather preliminary background research on prospective clients, and prepare briefing docs ahead of prospective client meetings.
  • CRM Data Management: Maintain data accuracy in our CRM system by regularly updating deal status, contact records, and activity logs to support new business reporting.
  • Toolkit & Asset Maintenance: Organize and update the Client Development toolkit, including case studies, credential decks, and proposal templates.
  • Cross-Departmental Logistics: Serve as a main point of contact between Client Development and other internal teams to keep shared tasks moving smoothly.
  • Service Knowledge: Build a clear working knowledge of Little Dot Studios' core service offerings to assist with tailoring sales materials.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

  • 1-3 years experience in business development with a customer-first mentality (agency-side experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, matched with strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • The ability and desire to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of CRM systems
  • Proven experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office apps
  • Interest and experience with YouTube and/or social video platforms
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiating, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and willing to thrive in a high-growth organization
