We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is a phone-based position focused on connecting with home buyers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to the right real estate agent.

The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, communicates clearly, stays organized, and brings a positive attitude to every interaction. This person will work closely with clients, banking partners, real estate agents, and internal team members to create a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with prospective home buyers.
  • Build rapport with clients and learn about their real estate needs.
  • Connect home buyers with qualified real estate agents.
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, banking partners, real estate agents, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client information using company systems.
  • Follow up with clients and partners in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure each client receives excellent service.
  • Assist other departments and support additional company needs when necessary.
