WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CLIENT SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE

  • Customer service experience

Customer service experience in a call center is a plus!


DAY-TO-DAY

As our full-time Client Success Representative, you'll be a primary contact for customers, creating positive experiences from their initial outreach. You'll assist with service calls, attentively address their needs, and coordinate next steps with professionalism. Additionally, you'll engage current customers about maintenance opportunities to foster strong relationships. Accurately documenting key information will ensure a seamless experience for customers and team members.
