Senior Level Customer Service Representative

ProSidian is seeking a Senior Level Customer Service Representative for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Customer Service Representative Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Customer Service Representative) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Responsibilities and Duties
