Client Relations Consultant

Founded in Richmond, Virginia in 1997, CapCenter exists to help individuals and families achieve one of life's most meaningful milestones—homeownership. By bringing mortgage, realty, and insurance services together under one roof, we provide a simpler, more transparent experience designed to save clients time and money. Our commitment to innovation, including our Zero Closing Cost mortgage, has earned the trust of thousands of clients and fueled our growth through repeat business and referrals.

At CapCenter, our mission extends beyond serving clients. We foster a collaborative, high-impact environment where employees are empowered to do meaningful work, grow professionally, and make a real difference in the lives of the people we serve.

Job Overview

As a Client Relations Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance on our realty, mortgage, and insurance products and services. This fast-paced, people-first role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional client experiences. It's a great opportunity for early-career professionals to build expertise in consumer finance while making a real impact. We'll set you up for success with a comprehensive training program covering hands-on training, in-depth product knowledge, and licensing — along with cross-functional training and clear advancement opportunities across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the advisor for clients seeking guidance on realty, mortgage, and insurance products and services
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while building rapport with clients
  • Assess client needs and provide timely, practical solutions
  • Manage multiple client interactions and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Deliver a consistently positive, client-first experience at every touchpoint
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Possess, or ability to obtain, NMLS license prior to starting in the role
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $80,000. Individual compensation will be determined based on job-related business considerations, such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and skills. Where applicable, this position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and/or discretionary bonus opportunities.

Benefits

CapCenter offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation, paid holidays, and other programs designed to support the well-being and professional growth of our employees.

Equal Opportunity Employer:

CapCenter is an Equal Opportunity Employer (Veteran/Disability). All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of race, color, national origin, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
