Client Relations Consultant

Job Overview:

As a Client Relations Consultant, you'll be the first connection for clients seeking guidance on our realty, mortgage, and insurance products and services. This fast-paced, people-first role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional experiences. It's a great opportunity for early-career professionals to build expertise in consumer finance while making a real impact.

We provide a strong foundation through a comprehensive training program designed to set you up for success. You'll receive hands-on training, in-depth product knowledge, and a clear understanding of our systems and processes. Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
  • Detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset, with a strong drive for professional development.
  • Possess, or ability to obtain, NMLS prior to starting in the role.
