We are currently hiring a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to our Market President.

The Client Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for initiating timely contact and delivering excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of client information. Specifically, they will focus on leads driven by US Claims' web marketing efforts. Through communication and coordination, the Client Engagement Coordinator will work with other members of the sales team to improve the web lead conversion rate.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • First point of customer contact for gathering information needed on inquiries after online applications are submitted
  • Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer satisfaction
  • Enter clear and concise updates to the related CRM leads and activity
  • Research and obtain additional information needed to assist internal Sales Team members in sending a lead through to Underwriting, as needed
  • Deliver unparalleled value, excellent service and provide a positive client experience
  • Timely follow-up with both the internal Sales Team and the customer through the entire life cycle of their request

Education, Skill & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries
  • Need to be able to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
  • Experience working in personal injury or paralegal work is a plus
  • Comfortable handling high-volume workloads and a fast-paced environment
