The HR Client Engagement Coordinator serves as a primary relationship partner for assigned client territory, helping ensure they receive maximum value from Exodus HR Group's services. This role combines administrative support, client service, and account experience responsibilities with a strong focus on client engagement, retention, and service expansion.

Working under the guidance of the HR Team Lead and HR Director, the HR Client Engagement Coordinator develops meaningful client relationships, proactively identifies opportunities to enhance the client experience, promotes available services and solutions, and helps clients navigate their HR, benefits, payroll, and workforce management needs.

This position is designed for individuals seeking to build a career in client services, and strategic account experience while having the ability to complete Human Resources tasks for assigned client territory. Success in this role requires a passion for client relationships built by in person encounters, strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
