Exodus HR Group is managing the recruitment process on behalf of Acculevel, a nationally recognized foundation repair and waterproofing company headquartered in Indiana. With locations across the country, Acculevel is committed to delivering high-quality solutions while maintaining a strong focus on safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for an experienced safety professional who enjoys traveling to multiple job sites, partnering with field teams, and helping build a culture where safety is a top priority.
(Position Details: Salary range $70,000-$90,000 based on experience. Candidates should have at least 3 years of safety experience, with 5+ years and a degree in Occupational Safety or a related field preferred. Extensive travel is required.)

Salary: $70,000-$90,000
Bonus Structure: Reportable Metrics Related to Regulatory Adherence
Introduction:
This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of
workplace health and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, Federal DOT,
and other regulatory entities to foster a secure, hazard-free work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Safety and Health Programs to Adhere to all required Regulatory
Compliance
2. Train all Operational Employees on Programs
3. Work with Operation Managers on Compliance of Programs
4. Maintain all required Recordkeeping per Regulatory Compliance requirements
5. Perform Compliance Audits in all Operational Facilities on a Quarterly Basis
6. Perform Incident Investigations
7. Perform Risk Assessments
8. Streamline PPE and other required Safety instruments, material and tooling
across all company operational locations
