Job description

Join a dynamic team supporting packaging updates and artwork adaptation for a major healthcare brand transition. This remote Packaging Artwork Coordinator role offers the opportunity to help manage artwork routing, documentation, and data entry while contributing to high-quality packaging deliverables on a fast-moving project.

Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and execution of artwork and small-scale design updates for packaging, labeling, and related materials
  • Follow established packaging guidelines to help ensure consistency and accuracy across deliverables
  • Pull artwork files, redlines, and supporting documentation as needed for project changes
  • Enter packaging projects into Loftware Smartflow to initiate vendor work
  • Track artwork routing and timelines to help meet deadlines
  • Adapt to defined systems, tools, and workflows while maintaining flexibility as priorities shift
  • Build positive working relationships across teams and with external partners
  • Complete required background check and drug screen prior to start
Skills
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree, or High School Diploma with relevant packaging graphics experience
  • At least 2 years of packaging graphics experience in a creative or printing environment
  • Experience in design, art production, or graphic arts
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfort working in a variety of systems and tools
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and packaging compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with uniform packaging laws and regulations
  • Experience in the healthcare packaging industry
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
