Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically minded Envelope Prepress & Production Coordinator to join our Envelope Operations team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in prepress, print production, graphic arts, commercial printing, or related manufacturing environments. The Envelope Prepress & Production Coordinator supports envelope manufacturing operations through production preparation, artwork review, printing plate coordination, inventory management, purchasing support, and production planning.
This role works closely with the Envelope Operations Director and Envelope Production Coordinator to ensure the accurate and timely flow of both in-house and outsourced envelope orders.
What You'll Do
  • Generate production documentation for manufacturing operations
  • Review and prepare PDF artwork files for production
  • Coordinate printing plate creation using customer artwork
  • Operate and support Computer-to-Plate (CTP) systems
  • Generate offset and flexographic printing plates using specialized software
  • Maintain printing plate and printed sample archives
  • Coordinate with Client Services, vendors, and production teams to support schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor envelope and raw material inventory levels
  • Assist with purchasing and purchase order preparation
  • Support opportunities to move custom envelope production in-house
  • Prepare production planning, inventory, and management reports
  • Analyze production data and maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain organized and accurate production records
  • Learn and support all aspects of envelope manufacturing operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prepress experience
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe InDesign
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and E-Verify

Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial print production experience
  • Experience working with PDF workflows
  • Experience with CTP (Computer-to-Plate) systems
  • Offset or flexographic printing experience
  • Experience with plate-making systems
  • Inventory, purchasing, or production planning experience
  • Envelope manufacturing, print/mail, packaging, label printing, or related industry experience
