Job Summary The Creative Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of creative assets, licensor approvals, and product submissions across multiple licensed apparel programs. This role serves as the operational hub between Design, Sales, Product Development, and Licensing partners, ensuring artwork, concepts, and revisions move efficiently from ideation through approval. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced apparel environment. This individual will coordinate submissions, monitor approval timelines, maintain creative assets, and help keep seasonal product calendars on schedule while supporting the Design team throughout the product development process. We move quickly, think collaboratively, and value ideas over hierarchy. Our Creative team doesn't simply create artworkโ€”they help bring brands to life through speed, organization, and execution. You'll be surrounded by a team that's: Hands-on and highly collaborative Driven by speed, creativity, and results Deep in licensing, apparel, and streetwear culture Always evolving and scaling Responsibilities Create and assemble licensor submission packages for licensed apparel programs. Submit new concepts, artwork, and product presentations through licensor approval systems. Manage artwork revisions and resubmit updated creative based on licensor feedback. Proactively follow up with licensors to obtain approvals and maintain project momentum. Prepare and distribute weekly submission status reports to internal stakeholders. Build seasonal sales catalogs, presentation decks, and other sales support materials. Assist the Design team with CAD revisions, artwork updates, and file organization. Maintain organized digital assets, submission history, and approval documentation. Coordinate with Design, Product Development, Sales, and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure projects remain on schedule. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Creative Department. Success Looks Like Within 90 Days Independently manage daily licensor submissions and approval tracking. Gain a strong understanding of licensed brands, creative workflow, and seasonal calendars. Build consistent communication with internal teams and licensing partners. Deliver accurate weekly submission reports and maintain organized project files. Within 12 Months Become the primary coordinator for all creative approvals across assigned brands. Improve submission turnaround times through proactive follow-up and organization. Support multiple product launches while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Establish trusted working relationships across Design, Sales, Product Development, and Licensing teams. Growth Looks Like Take ownership of creative approval timelines from concept through final approval. Identify workflow improvements that increase efficiency and reduce approval delays. Support the Design team by improving organization, documentation, and creative asset management. Expand responsibilities into project management, seasonal planning, and cross-functional coordination. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in apparel, licensing, product development, design coordination, or a related field. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). Expert design skills are not required. Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support a fast-moving team.
