  • Review selections for constructability and flag conflicts before they reach the job site.
  • Enter all client selections into Buildertrend accurately and on time.
  • Ensure every selection is connected to the appropriate budget line, scope of work, and project documentation.
  • Proactively enforce decision deadlines and escalate delays before they become project issues.

  • Residential construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Interior design experience is a plus, but a design license is not required.
  • Strong understanding of allowances, finishes, specifications, scopes, and construction terminology.
  • Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or a comparable construction CRM.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple active projects at once.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with clients, vendors, designers, and trade partners.
  • Able to hold deadlines with clients in a warm, clear, and professional way.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, process-driven environment where accuracy and accountability matter.
  • Must reside in the Houston metropolitan area or be able to relocate before the start date.

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Base salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation. Expected total annual compensation may reach approximately $80,000 based on bonus achievement.
  • Company-paid employee health insurance.
  • On-site role with growth opportunity inside a luxury custom homebuilding company.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate client meetings.
