Aspire Fine Homes is a Houston-based luxury new-construction company delivering custom homes in the $2M-$4M range. The company follows a structured, turnkey process built around Land, Pre-Construction, Construction, and Warranty, giving clients clarity, confidence, and a finished home that reflects the way they want to live.


Aspire, Fine Homes is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Selections Coordinator to own the client selections process from start to finish. This role sits at the intersection of design, construction, client communication, and documentation. You will manage selection schedules, guide clients through decisions, coordinate with the Architect, Interior Designer, Client Concierge, and Project Managers, and ensure every selection is accurately documented in Buildertrend, tied to budget, and delivered on time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and manage the selections calendar across active builds.
  • Own the selections spreadsheet and portfolio, keeping all records current, complete, and accurate.
  • Lead client selection meetings independently or alongside the Interior Designer.
  • Present finish and feature options within established allowances and guide clients toward timely decisions.
  • Manage re-selections within the approved timeline to minimize schedule impact.
  • Serve as the daily liaison between the Architect, Interior Designer, Client Concierge, and Project Managers.
  • Finalize spec sheets, selection documents, and allowance information before handoff to the field team.
  • Review selections for constructability and flag conflicts before they reach the job site.
  • Enter all client selections into Buildertrend accurately and on time.
  • Ensure every selection is connected to the appropriate budget line, scope of work, and project documentation.
  • Proactively enforce decision deadlines and escalate delays before they become project issues.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction administration, design coordination, project coordination, selections, or a similar role.
  • Residential construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Interior design experience is a plus, but a design license is not required.
  • Strong understanding of allowances, finishes, specifications, scopes, and construction terminology.
  • Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or a comparable construction CRM.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple active projects at once.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with clients, vendors, designers, and trade partners.
  • Able to hold deadlines with clients in a warm, clear, and professional way.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, process-driven environment where accuracy and accountability matter.
  • Must reside in the Houston metropolitan area or be able to relocate before the start date.

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Base salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation. Expected total annual compensation may reach approximately $80,000 based on bonus achievement.
  • Company-paid employee health insurance.
  • On-site role with growth opportunity inside a luxury custom homebuilding company.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate client meetings.
