As the Construction and Selections Coordinator, you will be a key player in managing construction projects, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction. You will handle various administrative and operational tasks to ensure projects run efficiently and meet our company's high standards. Please note, this position is a full-time in-person. Remote work is not acceptable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize project details, including estimates, contracts, and change orders.
  • Draft and manage Change Orders, ensuring accurate documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain project management systems (The Wiki and Server).
  • Document meetings, client requests, and project updates.
  • Handle project budgets, invoicing, and other financial processes.
  • Oversee permit acquisition and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and vendors.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in general construction processes and terminology.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
  • Proficient in business/accounting and time management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a focus on Excel for managing spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on Macs is a plus, as that's our preferred platform.


Pay and Benefits:

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Compensation: $55,000 to $71,700 annual base salary, with potential for performance-based bonuses or commissions. Total compensation may reach up to $71,700 based on performance.
