Position Summary

Mosquito Shield is seeking a Franchise Support Coordinator to join our Operations team.

This role works closely with franchise owners across the country, helping them navigate systems, place product and supply orders, and access the operational support they need to run successful businesses.

This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated professionals looking to start a career in franchising, operations, or business support. Prior franchising experience is not required. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and a drive to learn.

You will interact with both new and established franchise owners, helping answer questions, coordinate orders, and ensure they have the tools and resources needed throughout the season.

This position includes 4 days per week in person at our North Attleboro office.


Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact between franchise owners and the Mosquito Shield home office.

Assist franchise owners with product ordering, supply coordination, and operational support.

Respond to franchisee questions related to systems, products, orders, and business operations.

Support franchise owners by helping them access tools, resources, and best practices within the Mosquito Shield system.

Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and supply chain to resolve franchisee needs.

Assist with onboarding and supporting new franchise owners entering the system.

Help prepare and organize franchise meetings, calls, and training sessions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure franchise owners have clear and consistent information.

Build strong working relationships with franchise owners and internal teams.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications


We are looking for candidates who demonstrate leadership potential and a strong desire to learn.

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with franchise owners and internal teams.

Comfort working with spreadsheets, internal systems, and operational tools.
