Role Overview

We're seeking a Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance analysis of our marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a highly strategic marketer who can turn data into compelling campaign messaging, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and clearly communicate performance and business impact.

You'll act as the central driver for campaigns-bringing together content, design, paid media, and sales-while ensuring every campaign is measurable, optimized, and tied directly to company outcomes. This is not a traditional campaign role - we're looking for someone who can blend marketing, data, and AI to build the next generation of campaign execution.

What You'll Do

Campaign Strategy & Messaging

  • Analyze customer, funnel, and performance data to inform campaign messaging and targeting
  • Translate insights into clear campaign narratives aligned to prospect pain points
  • Ensure messaging is in line with brand strategy and be able to clearly communicate expected outcomes


Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Own campaign ideation, planning, and execution from concept through launch
  • Create detailed campaign briefs and collaborate with:
    • Content team
    • Design team
    • Paid media team
    • SDR/Sales for ABM campaigns
    • Demand generation agency
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
  • Communicate statuses of campaign deliverables to leadership

Omni-Channel Activation

  • Identify and activate promotion opportunities across multiple channels, including:
    • Paid media
    • Email and nurture
    • 3rd party sites
    • Sales enablement and outbound support
  • Ensure campaigns are truly omni-channel, coordinated, and consistent across touchpoints


Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Build and maintain campaign reporting and dashboards in HubSpot
  • Report campaign performance to organizational leadership, including:
    • Leads generated
    • Pipeline and revenue influenced
    • Meetings booked
    • ROI and conversion metrics
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Optimize nurture paths and lifecycle workflows for leads generated by campaigns


Sales & Lifecycle Collaboration

  • Communicate proactively with Sales when new campaigns launch
  • Ensure Sales has visibility into campaign goals, messaging, and target audiences
  • Partner closely with marketing ops to ensure clean handoffs and attribution


Campaign Infrastructure & Data

  • Understand and optimize how campaign data flows across systems (HubSpot, CRM, enrichment tools, analytics platforms)
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and data integrity across campaigns
  • Identify gaps in data capture and proactively improve campaign measurement frameworks


AI & Automation

  • Leverage AI tools to improve campaign personalization, targeting, and performance
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual campaign workflows and scale execution
  • Experiment with and help build AI agents or automated workflows to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or campaign management
  • Proven experience conceptualizing, executing, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot, including building dashboards, custom reports, and lifecycle tracking
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies, including demand generation partners
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of how marketing tools interact (CRM, automation platforms, enrichment tools, analytics)
  • Experience working with campaign tracking, attribution models, and data analysis
  • Comfort working with data structures, integrations, and workflows across multiple systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation in marketing workflows
  • Ability to think in systems - not just campaigns, but how campaigns scale through tooling and automation
