Job Description

Maze Marketing is looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Assistant to join our team. This position will combine organizing and outreach skills with social media savvy and the strategic competence to play an essential role in shaping and executing the campaign. The right candidate will be a sharp strategic thinker, creative tactician, and skilled organizer, both digitally and offline.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to message or engage in actions around trade shows, conferences, recruitment events, etc., and plan and execute our activities.

  • Produce campaign reports and analyze data to provide insights that guide campaign development and inform future campaigns.

  • Own the daily and weekly workflow of outbound campaigns and distribution to the Sales team.

  • Conduct research on current trends, ideas, and best practices to drive creative and impactful initiatives.

  • Compile, analyze, and present data on campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure proper targeting for campaigns is derived through data mining and extraction.

  • Ensure that all campaign execution adheres to approved campaign processes and rules.

Qualifications
  • University Bachelor's degree

  • 1-2 years of experience of working as part of a policy and campaigns team or Communications team

  • Self-motivation and able to work both independently and collaboratively with team members, other staff, and external stakeholders.

  • Able to produce clear and compelling supporter or public facing communications.

  • High-degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Sound judgement and able to work to (often tight) deadlines.

  • Experience in handling supporter and/or complex data

  • High level of IT literacy and proficiency using databases, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
