Team Introduction The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand in hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partners to create an environment where communities can connect in real time. Our team focuses on building creator-facing campaigns that drive engagement, revenue growth, and high-quality LIVE content. As a campaign intern, you will have the opportunity to support short term and impactful LIVE initiatives, gaining real world experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. You will work in a fast paced environment and develop hands-on skills relevant to creator operations and marketing. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months internship period. About the Teams Possible teams within TikTok LIVE Operations include: - LIVE Campaigns: Designs and executes creator campaigns that drive engagement, revenue, and content quality. - LIVE Operations: Works with creators and cross functional teams to build a sustainable environment where creators grow. About the Internship TikTok's internship program offers students real world exposure and hands on learning in a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry. You'll participate in high visibility projects, workshops, and team events while building core operational and analytical skills. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully and explore a potential career path in LIVE operations. Responsibilities - Assist in planning and executing LIVE creator campaigns, including pre launch preparation, in app setup, and post campaign evaluation. - Support data tracking and reporting for campaign performance, including participation, revenue, and content quality metrics. - Conduct research on creator behavior, market trends, and competitive best practices to support strategy development. - Coordinate cross functional communication with Creator Managers, marketing, product, and design teams to ensure efficient delivery of campaign assets. - Help manage creator outreach, recruitment, and education related to campaign participation. - Maintain documentation, timelines, and playbooks for campaign operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. - Able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. - Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy, digital marketing, or content operations. - Strong analytical abilities and communication skills. - Detail oriented, organized, and highly accountable. - Proactive learner with passion for digital platforms and LIVE creators. Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
