Position Summary

The Marketing & Social Media Intern will help execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engage consumers, and support product launches across digital channels. This role offers practical experience in content creation, social media strategy, influencer marketing, and campaign execution.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, and short-form content.
  • Monitor social media engagement and community interactions.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media opportunities.
  • Support influencer outreach and campaign coordination.
  • Assist with email marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and compile basic marketing analytics.
  • Help coordinate photoshoots, product launches, and marketing events.
  • Maintain content calendars and marketing asset libraries.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for beauty, fragrance, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus.
  • Can report to our Home Office located in Columbus, Ohio at least 20 hours per week (M-F) between 9am-5pm
