Senior Director Campaign Management

Job Summary:

The Senior Director, Point of Care (POC) Campaign Management is a client-facing leader responsible for the strategy, development, and operationalization of Relevate Health’s EHR and Point of Care product lines.

This role sits at the intersection of product management, sales and marketing operations, with a focus on designing, auditing, and optimizing end-to-end campaign processes and SOPs. The Senior Director partners closely with the POC Solutions team to operationalize current and new products and leads a team of Campaign Managers responsible for execution.

Campaign Operations, Process & SOP Ownership

  • Own the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end campaign workflows and SOPs across EHR and POC solutions
  • Audit campaign processes and delivery workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for scale
  • Partner with Campaign Managers and delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned to defined processes
  • Ensure alignment between SOW, targeting inputs (e.g., target lists, business rules), and operational execution frameworks
  • Establish and enforce best practices for timelines, handoffs, QA, and campaign governance
  • Serve as a client-facing leader, bringing strategic recommendations and subject matter expertise to active campaigns as well as supporting pre-sales efforts in partnership with Sales and clients

Ad Operations & Execution Excellence

  • Bring deep understanding of ad operations, including tagging, trafficking, QA, and platform integrations (DSPs, EHR partners, etc.)
  • Ensure processes support accurate tracking, measurement, and data integrity across campaigns
  • Oversee operational readiness for new vendors, integrations, and pilot programs
  • Define scalable frameworks for campaign setup, QA, and optimization standards

Product & EHR Operationalization

  • Partner closely with the POC Solutions team to operationalize current and new EHR/POC products for scalable delivery
  • Translate product capabilities into clear operational workflows and execution requirements for Campaign Managers and Ad Operations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of EHR ecosystems, workflow placements, and business rules/message mapping
  • Build and manage relationships with EHR partners, DSPs, and data providers
  • Provide feedback to Product and Solutions teams to inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop a team of Campaign Managers responsible for campaign execution and delivery
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across the delivery team
  • Ensure the team is equipped with clear SOPs, tools, and training to execute efficiently and accurately
  • Coach team members on process adherence, operational excellence, and client readiness
  • Mentor and support the team in ongoing monitoring of campaign performance, driving proactive optimization recommendations to ensure campaign guarantees are met while maintaining cost efficiency and budget adherence

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing experience, with ability to lead conversations and present strategy
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within healthcare, media, or digital marketing environments
  • Deep knowledge of ad operations and digital campaign execution frameworks (tagging, QA, trafficking, reporting)
  • Experience designing and optimizing end-to-end campaign processes, workflows, and SOPs
  • Strong understanding of EHR/POC ecosystems and operational requirements
  • Demonstrated people management experience, leading teams responsible for campaign delivery
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, focusing on scalability and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Education/Experience

  • 7–10+ years of experience across product management, campaign operations, ad operations, or digital marketing
  • Experience working with or supporting EHR/POC campaigns strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes and SOPs at scale
  • Experience managing teams responsible for campaign delivery (not just individual execution)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic, DSPs, and healthcare targeting/data strategies

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Cincinnati, New Jersey)
  • Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
  • Travel may apply based on position
