This paid internship offers hands-on experience supporting real, live digital marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social channels. The intern will gain practical exposure to campaign execution, ad creative testing, performance reporting, and optimization while working closely with experienced marketers. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in data-driven digital marketing and grow toward a future career in paid media or demand generation.

Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
OBJECTIVE 1: Launch and Optimize Core Paid Campaigns
Outcome: Support live Google Ads and LinkedIn paid social campaigns, contributing to stable launches and incremental improvements in CTR and CPC. Campaign components assigned to the intern are executed accurately and on schedule.
Impact: Ensures paid programs run smoothly and consistently, reducing rework and enabling the marketing team to scale demand generation efforts with confidence.
How: Assist with campaign setup, keyword selection, bid adjustments, and daily monitoring; collaborate with the marketing team to document optimizations and flag performance trends.
OBJECTIVE 2: Produce and Test Effective Ad Creative
Outcome: Create multiple ad copy and creative variations and support at least one round of A/B testing per active campaign.
Impact: Improves engagement and learning velocity by continuously testing messaging that resonates with target audiences.
How: Draft headlines, descriptions, and CTAs; align creative with brand and campaign goals; support test setup and documentation.
OBJECTIVE 3: Build Consistent Paid Media Reporting Discipline
Outcome: Establish and maintain a repeatable reporting cadence and standardized format for paid campaign performance across search and social channels.
Impact: Creates clarity and consistency in how performance is measured and reviewed, supporting faster optimization and better decision-making.
How: Help standardize reporting templates, track metrics consistently, and maintain organized performance documentation.
OBJECTIVE 4: Support Keyword and Audience Research for Paid Campaigns

Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Marketing, Communications, or Business degree
