If you're the kind of person who finds satisfaction in shipping clean, on-time campaigns and keeping a CRM database in good shape, you'll thrive here.

  • [until we hire a FTE Events Manager] Own event planning, logistics, and nurture sequences before and after each conference
  • Support ABM campaign infrastructure across OEM and dealer segments
  • Coordinate with content and creative team members to get assets into campaigns on schedule
  • Flag capacity gaps early rather than letting programs slip quietly

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or digital marketing
  • HubSpot proficiency — you've built workflows, managed lists, and run email programs in the platform (not just read about it)
  • Comfort working across both B2B and B2C programs simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of shipping on deadline
  • Clear written communication — you can write a subject line, a follow-up sequence, or a creative brief without needing it redone
  • Familiarity with ABM frameworks or account-based campaign execution is a plus
  • Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline attribution is a plus
  • HubSpot certification encouraged
