Job description


The Marketing Campaign Associate I is responsible for the implementation and execution of property/regional data/direct marketing programs including advertising for promotions, events, gaming, dining and hotel offers. Serves as the principal liaison between property and pod marketing and the direct mail vendor. Manages the direct mail workflow and email projects, providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The role requires fast-paced project management throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, from creation through delivery to the guests. The average workload can be up to 10 projects per production month and duties are cyclical, including simultaneous responsibility for project tasks in beginning, intermediate and final stages of completion.
Responsibilities
  • Uses Caesars Entertainment proprietary database programs and software to build, test and run direct mail and email campaigns for customer correspondence.
  • Uploads all groups and offers to the required programs accurately and in a timely manner for redemption and analysis.
  • Works directly with POD and Email Marketing departments as well as external direct mail vendors to establish drop dates for all hard mail and email correspondence.
  • Works under stringent deadlines with POD and Email Marketing partners to send relevant and timely communications to customers.
  • Manages the workflow and production for all direct mail and email projects.
  • Proofs the creative layout, vendor data proofs and live proofs to ensure accuracy of the data.
  • Proofreads all letter and coupon copy on each project to mitigate typographical errors.
  • Checks all links in email correspondence to ensure they open to the correct landing page prior to email deployment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in project planning and execution.
  • Computer proficiency and experience at an advanced level using Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Organized with high attention to detail
  • Requires excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of creative agencies and direct mail houses.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
  • Variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
  • Must be 21 years or older
    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Preferred two years' experience in database systems and equipment for high volume business or industry
  • Proofreading experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Valid gaming license as required per region
