Job description

Temporary Position with strong interpersonal skills in an office environment. Must excel in tight deadlines and be able to speak clearly on the phone for multiple hours during a shift (normal business hours) and can take direction on assisting campaign leadership with executing multi-channel campaign strategies that forward the campaign's outreach and narrative change goals.


Assistant has previous experience in collaboration with colleagues across small teams to communicate with diverse audiences.


Previous phone outreach experience who may be asked to also write to support Campaign leadership in the development of mobilization strategies in rapid response moments to elevate campaign messaging and supports increasing awareness and voter participation.


Coordinates a shared campaign and project tracker in partnership with Campaigns team leadership and relevant program and internal cross-team partners to include but not limited to, reminders and weekly wrap ups on campaigns and phone call outreach;

As needed and in collaboration with Campaigns staff, supports meetings, conference calls, speaking opportunities, and other events;
Supports campaigns staff in external efforts among team members including regularly communicating status updates and;
Other duties as assigned.

The candidate must possess:
Demonstrated ability to verbally communicate on the phone to a variety of audiences;
An eager team member with desire for both a collegial team environment and the ability to work independently;
