Job description

Description:

This position is responsible for managing and owning the marketing campaign creation and execution processes for the Corporate Database Marketing Department. Additionally, this position is responsible for the coordination and communication with Corporate and Property Marketing Teams. Responsible for data accuracy of all tasks related to direct mail campaigns process for the assigned properties, ensuring accurate and on-time data delivery. Builds and maintains active database marketing programs, including, but not limited to Direct Mail and Email Marketing. Execute integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business. Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns in a timely and accurate fashion. Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines. Manage all Corporate & Property Campaign timelines & job requests. Coordinate with Corporate & Property departments to execute key company initiatives. Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency. Assist the Director of Database Marketing with all campaign stages, Data Extracts, Creation, Testing, Proofing, and Validating.

Qualifications:

Degree in business, marketing or statistics from an accredited institution or 3+ years experience in the gaming industry is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Experience using CRM tool is preferred. Strong Technical skills, including Microsoft Excel and Access. Knowledge of campaign management tools preferred but not required. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage project details.
