  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Drive collaboration between Sales Directors, Campaign Build Team, Reporting Analysts and Optimizers to keep campaigns moving efficiently through each phase of execution.
  • Support internal client strategy: Act as the main campaign resource for internal stakeholders, providing updates, resolving execution issues, and delivering insights to support client discussions.
  • Translate campaign needs into action: Ensure all campaign requirements are clearly scoped, documented, and handed off to the right teams with minimal friction.
  • Identify growth opportunities: Flag upsell or cross-sell signals to the Account Executive based on campaign engagement or evolving client needs.
  • Maintain operational excellence: Help improve internal processes, tools, and documentation to scale campaign success across clients and teams.

YOU'LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising campaign management, preferably in programmatic, CTV, mobile, or omnichannel adtech
  • Deep understanding of ad operations, trafficking, pacing, and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and client service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in client-facing or client-supporting roles is a plus
