Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Campaign Manager with strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience to lead targeted, multi-channel campaigns for priority accounts and support regional field marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketer who combines hands-on campaign execution with a strong understanding of account selection, buying group engagement, personalization, and sales alignment. The right candidate will bring proven ABM expertise and help elevate field marketing execution, consistency, and impact across regions.


Key Responsibilities


ABM Strategy & Execution
    Develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data.
    Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to build personalized engagement strategies for buying committees.
    Own campaign performance metrics, including ROI, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
 

Field Marketing Execution
    Partner with regional field teams to align ABM efforts with local go-to-market strategies.
    Contribute to field marketing strategy and execution, helping elevate team impact and consistency.
    Support event strategy, regional activations, and sales enablement initiatives.
    Develop content necessary for execution, including email, landing page, ad copy, case studies, and blogs.
    Manage campaigns end-to-end, including content calendar, alignment with events, and reporting on success.
 

Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Drive alignment between Sales and Marketing through joint planning, daily management, and shared KPIs.
    Lead ICP definition and account tiering exercises with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.

Measurement & Optimization
    Use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance.
    Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
 

What success looks like
    Build and scale ABM programs aligned to priority accounts and regional growth goals
    Improve sales and marketing alignment around target account strategy and buying group engagement
    Deliver measurable pipeline influence and campaign performance improvements
    Bring structure, repeatability, and stronger operational rigor to field and ABM execution
 

Qualifications
    7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in ABM or campaign management.
    Proven ABM campaign ownership. 
    Experience partnering directly with sales on named/target accounts.
    Comfort operating across strategy and execution.
    Proven experience in leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
    Strong understanding of sales intent signals, account tiering, and funnel attribution.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo Marketing, or similar platforms is a plus.
